In our first panel, Bob Fitrakis, author of How the GOP Stole Americas 2004 Election & Is Rigging 2008, Donita Judge, a member of Advancement Project's Power and Democracy team and their lead attorney covering Ohio, and Stephen Hightower of the League of Young Voters discuss voter suppression and protection in Ohio and other battleground states.

Flashing back to LFMS Minneapolis

In light of this week's violations of civil liberties and the unlawful arrests of journalists at the RNC, we thought it would be a good time to revisit this clip from LFMS Minneapolis. It features Bruce Nestor of the National Lawyers Guild, who has been all over the media in the follow up to last weekend's raids.
